It is an initiative of European and Indian S&T organisations involved in promoting research cooperation between Europe and India. The aim of New INDIGO project is to fill the gaps and allow the scientific community and institutions of India to access the European Research Area, and the Euro-Indian S&T cooperation to fully benefit from the new networking tools of FP7.

India SI House project undertakes an ambitious feasibility study for the establishment of an EU-India Joint House for Science and Innovation. EURAXESS Links India is an information and networking tool for European researchers, scientists, and scholars working in or commuting to India. This multidisciplinary network includes members at all stages of their careers. It allows them to connect with each other and with Europe, ensuring that they are recognized as an important resource for European research, whether they remain in India or return to Europe.
EUINCOOP aims at fostering collaboration and cooperation in the computing technologies field between Indian and European research organizations and industry, to achieve better understanding and future cooperation.
The main goal of Idealist is the enhancement of the trans-national cooperation between the ICT National Contact Points (NCP) within FP7 and an overall improvement of NCP service quality across Europe in the dynamically growing area of ICT. Ideal-ist is part funded by the European Commission; its network consists of 67 international ICT partners. The consortium partners are from EU and Non-EU countries, including Associated States, Eastern European Partner Countries (EEPC), Mediterranean Partner Countries (MPC) and emerging countries like China, Brazil, India and South Africa. This is in line with the international cooperation strategy of the European Commission. In this light Ideal-ist supports research organisations and companies worldwide to participate in FP7. Ideal-ist is the first and unique quality labelled international ICT partner search network with 14 years experience.
BIO CIRCLE aims at increasing the participation of researchers from outside Europe in research projects under the Food, Agriculture, Fisheries and Biotechnology theme (FAFB) of the 7th Framework Programme (FP7).
